DR, TDR-based high-temperature coke oven feed pump of the basic description:

Uses: Petrochemical process heat transfer medium.

Performance range:

         Flow rate: (Q) = 30-400m3/ h

         Head: (H) = 300-2500m

         Temperature: (T) =450 ℃

Structure:

          DR-type pumps are horizontal, single shell, multistage segmental centrifugal pump, suction pipe and tube vertical spit up, the level of support center. TDR-type pumps are horizontal, double shell, inner shell for the festival stage, multi-stage centrifugal pump, without moving the pipeline case, within the shell out for repairs. Suction pipe and threw up the layout of the vertical centerline level of support.

Shaft seal: mechanical seal.

Bearings: plain bearings, self-lubrication (lubrication).
